چکیده
As temperatures rise and water availability decreases, the decit is gaining attention regarding future agricultural production. Drought stress a global issue adversely affects productivity of different crops. In this study, drought-tolerant varieties oats were screened to determine that may be employed in drought-prone areas achieve sustainable development mitigate impact climate change. To do so, growth adaptive mechanism 15 domestic overseas oat cultivars at seedling stage analyzed. Water was simulated using 20% polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000). The results showed soluble protein content superoxide dismutase activity variety DY2 significantly increased under drought stress, whereas photochemical efficiency relative decreased slightly. electrical conductivity (REC) damage index QH444 least. peroxidase Q1 increased, catalase Q1, QH444, also substantially increased. Principal component analysis revealed nine physiological biochemical parameters transformed into three independent comprehensive indexes. evaluation DY2, LN, exhibited strong resistance capacity could used as reference material for drought-resistant breeding program. gray correlation indicated Fv/Fm, chlorophyll, REC, malondialdehyde key indexes evaluating oat.

The Effect of Trichoderma Isolates on Morpho-Physiological Changes of Polianthes tuberose Under Drought Stress Conditions
In order to evaluate the effect of different Trichoderma isolates on reducing the effects of drought stress on Polianthes tuberose flower, two factorial experiments were carried out based on a completely randomized design with three replications. In the first and second experiments, the first factors were Bi and 65 isolates of Trichoderma harzianum at three levels (0,...
متن کاملTranscriptomic Changes Drive Physiological Responses to Progressive Drought Stress and Rehydration in Tomato
Tomato is a major crop in the Mediterranean basin, where the cultivation in the open field is often vulnerable to drought. In order to adapt and survive to naturally occurring cycles of drought stress and recovery, plants employ a coordinated array of physiological, biochemical, and molecular responses. Transcriptomic studies on tomato responses to drought and subsequent recovery are few in num...
متن کاملStudy on protein Changes in wheat under drought stress
A study was performed to study the effect of drought stress on protein changes of five wheat genotypes. Wheat genotypes were planted in early November, growing season of 2008-2009. The experiment was carried out in a factotial design with three replications. Two drought stress levels (irrigated and Non irrigated) and five genotype of wheat (F103-L-1-12//PONY/OPATA, F1.158/FDL//BLO/3/SH14414/CRO...
